Mr. Brown is a former deputy prosecutor and is currently employed at Starn, O'Tool, Marcus & Fisher. As a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney for the City & County of Honolulu, he prosecuted more than 20 felony jury trials on charges ranging from drug possession to murder. In 2019 he was selected to Hawaii Super Lawyers®, "Rising Star" list in the practice area of Business Litigation. In the interview Mr. Brown focuses on three key changes:

2) prosecuting serious crimes, serial offenders, and customizing sentences to fit the individual offender.
