Honolulu's chief of police Louis Kealoha has been given a $250K settlement to retire early. Chief Kealoha, as well as his prosecutor wife Katherine Kealoha, have been the focus of a federal probe for just under 2 years, and at this point, 5 Honolulu police department officers and the chief himself have received "target letters" from the FBI; one of these officers has already plead guilty to lying under oath in a felony conspiracy investigation. The FBI has already served 2 search warrants to confiscate computers and other materials from Katherine Kealoha. As of this point, January 19th, 2017, GOTBAILNICK and attorney Victor Bakke discuss the current state of affairs.
